To offer the greatest level of flexibility, we accept payments through KLARNA. With us, you can choose how you wish to pay: direct, later or in instalments.

If you select payment by invoice, you will receive information from Klarna about how to pay for your order after you have received it. You can either pay interest free within two weeks, or alternatively use a more flexible payment schedule.
If your order exceeds a certain amount, it is also possible to pay for the order in instalments – over 6, 12 or 24 months.
PayPal is still the preferred online payment solution for many. To pay with PayPal, you can either use your registerred PayPal account or simply pay with your credit card of choice – no account needed. To check out with PayPal; just look for the PayPal button.
We ship worldwide with DHL and dispatch all orders within 48 hours. DHL’s dedication to excellence means full transparency for all shipments and you can always locate your package using a dedicated tracking number.
Scandinavia: delivery in 1-4 working days
Rest of the world: delivery in 3-8 working days
After placing your order, you can choose to have it delivered to your preferred address, at a time that suits you or to a local DHL service point – typically a supermarket or gas station nearby.
Delivery notification will be sent via email or text message (SMS) when your package is ready for delivery or pickup. Note that orders may require signature upon receipt.
All orders are fully traceable through DHL.
Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by third parties or by other external factors.
We are unable to deliver to post office boxes.
TAXES & DUTIES
All countries within the European Union AND Norway are shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). This means that all import taxes and duties are included in the final price you see in the web-shop.
Outside EU: If you are located outside of the EU, please note that most of our items are offered tax-free. Note that local taxes and/or customs charges may apply when importing. THEBROWNPAPERBAG assumes no responsibility for added charges and fees.

FIRST-TIME ORDER POLICY
For security purposes, THEBROWNPAPERBAG reserves the right to ship first-time orders to the cardholder’s verified billing address or work address.
To avoid delays in receiving your order, please make sure to provide the correct billing and shipping information associated with your credit/debit card when placing an order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Our highest priority is to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your order. This is why we offer 14-Day returns from the day you receive it; any returns must be shipped/postmarked within 14 days of receipt.
All items are delivered with a security tag, which must still be intact and attached to the item in case of a return. All attachments (both original and THEBROWNPAPERBAG’s own) are regarded as a part of the item. The receipt should always be included with a return.
DHL Pickup service
With our convenient pick up service, we can collect your order at your preferred address at a time that suits you. The cost of this service will be deducted from your refund.
To initiate a return, use the information included in your order or contact us directly at email@example.com.
If you wish to exchange for another product on our website, we recommend choosing Store Credit as your refund method. Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned orders and are based on stock availability.
If you choose Store Credit, note that this option is non-transferable and may not be returned or redeemed for cash.
If you want to change or cancel an order once it has been placed, please contact our customer service team by email within 1 hour of placing your order.
If the order has already been processed, it will be treated as a return and subject to regular return fees.
Returned items must have all tags attached – items returned without the tag attached in reasonable condition, will not be refunded and the customer will be liable for any/all related shipping expenses.
Please note that if the tag has been removed and you have still been aproved for a refund; this will only be offered as a store credit. (a) Please allow seven business days after receipt, for the refund to be processed. (b) Any associated shipping costs or fees are non-refundable. (c) Returns must be shipped from you within fourteen days of you receiving the goods. (d) The order must be delivered to us no later than seven days after you have made the shipment. (e) Returned items will be compared to original photos taken of the item before initial delivery to you. (f) THEBROWNPAPERBAG can not refund items lost in transit.
We reserve the right for compensation up to the full value of the order if any of the above conditions are not met
If you suspect that your order has been damaged during transit, or if you have received the wrong order or you find that the order has/have been grossly misrepresented; please contact us immediately.
If any of the above is justified, we will guide you through the exchange process and, for any of the reasons stated above, issue a full refund including all related shipping expenses.
Repairs: To avoid decreasing the value of stock items, repairs are only performed according to the standards defined by the original manufacturer.
For post-purchase repair needs, please contact us directly.
All items are sold “as is” making THEBROWNPAPERBAG exempt from liability for any pre- and post-purchase repairs.

EU & NORWAY:
All prices displayed are including VAT, meaning that no taxes will be added for orders within the EU or Norway.
