If you select payment by invoice, you will receive information from Klarna about how to pay for your order. You can either pay interest free within two weeks, or alternatively use a more flexible payment scheme.
When your order exceeds a certain amount, it is also possible to pay for the order in instalments - over 6, 12 or 24 months.
We accept Visa and MasterCard with 3D Secure. 3D Secure is a technical standard created by Visa and MasterCard to further secure a buyer's credit card against unauthorised use when shopping online.

After placing your order, you can choose to have it delivered to your home address at a time that suits you or delivered to a local DHL service point – typically a supermarket or gas station near you.
Delivery notification will be sent via email or text message (SMS) when your package is ready for delivery and or pickup. Some orders may require signature upon receipt.
All countries within the European Union are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price.
Outside EU: If you are located outside of the EU, please note that most of our items are offered tax-free. However, local taxes and/or customs charges may apply when importing to your location. THEBROWNPAPERBAG assumes no responsibility for added charges and fees. Please contact your local tax office for further information.
All orders are fully traceable through DHL.
Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by third parties or by other external influences.
We are unable to deliver to post office boxes.
For security purposes, THEBROWNPAPERBAG reserves the right to ship first-time orders to the cardholder’s verified billing address or work address.
To avoid delays in receiving your order, please make sure to provide the correct billing and shipping information associated with your credit/debit card when placing an order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Our highest priority is to ensure that you are always 100% satisfied with your order. This is also why we offer 14-Day returns from the day you receive it; any returns must be shipped/postmarked within 14 days of receipt.
All items are delivered with a security tag which must still be intact and attached to the item. All attachments (both original and THEBROWNPAPERBAG's own) are regarded as a part of the item and must be returned intact, together with the item. The receipt should always be included.
DHL Pickup service
With our convenient pick up service, we can collect your items at your home address (or anywhere else that you prefer) and at your convenience. The cost of this service will be deducted from your refund.

If you wish to exchange for another product on our website, we recommend choosing store credit as your refund method. Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned merchandise and are based on stock availability.
If you opt for store credit, it’s non transferable and may not be returned or redeemed for cash.
If you want to change or cancel an order once it has been placed, please contact our customer service team by email within 1 hour of placing your order. If the order has already been processed, it will be treated as a return and subject to regular return fees.
Items returned must have all tags still attached – items returned without the tag attached in reasonable condition will not be refunded and the customer will stand for all related shipping expenses.
Please note that in case the tag has been removed and a refund has been approved anyway; the refund will be offered as a store credit. (b) Please allow seven (14) business days upon receipt for the refund to be processed. (c) Any associated shipping costs or fees are non-refundable. (d) Returns must be shipped from you within fourteen (14) days of you receiving the goods. (e) The item(s) must be delivered to us no later than seven (7) days after you have made the shipment. (f) Returned items will be compared to original photos taken of the item before initial delivery to you. g) THEBROWNPAPERBAG can not refund items lost in transit.
We reserve the right for compensation up to the full value of the item(s) if any of the above conditions are not met
If you suspect that your order has been damaged during transit, or if you have received the wrong item(s) or you find that the item(s) has/have been grossly misrepresented – please contact us immediately.
If any of the above is justified, we will respond by guiding you through the exchange process and, for any of the reasons stated above, issue a full refund including related shipping expenses.
Repairs: To avoid decreasing the value of stock items, repairs are only performed by the original manufacturers. The original manufacturers know the exact specifications and have access to the correct materials needed for all sorts of repairs.
Furthermore, we only recommend subsequent repairs by the original manufacturers. All items are sold “as is” making THEBROWNPAPERBAG exempt from liability for any previous and subsequent repairs.
